Session Managment using AxKit::XSP::BasicSession

Some people have difficulty setting up Apache::AxKit::Plugin::Session and for these people AxKit::XSP::BasicSession and AxKit::XSP::BasicAuth-> were created.

Set up should be pretty straight-forward, just follow the included documentation.

The included example.xsp requires an additional:

AxAddXSPTaglib AxKit::XSP::Param

directive in .htaccess or httpd.conf to handle the <param> tag. Otherwise the example will crash with no explanation.
